Firestone Complete Auto Care

Picture this: You drive almost 2 hours away from your home to a city you're not familiar with, spend the whole day there and come back to your vehicle with a flat tire. That's the exact situation I was in a few days ago. AAA was NOT responding, and with a barely functioning spare on my car I put it into drive, threw on my hazard lights and drove 30mph to the nearest tire shop- this Firestone location. Being only 20 or so minutes away from closing, I obviously felt very bad walking in, I mean who wants customers in right before you're supposed to close for the day? Despite my late arrival, the team took my car in and got my spare off, and a new tire on in record time. They stayed after close just to get me back on the road because I had literally no other options. I wish I had gotten the names of the employees working because they genuinely saved me that night. I don't think I'll ever be back here (live 2 hours away) but their care and generosity to preform that tire change sealed my recommendation for this location. Godspeed to the men who changed my tire, thank you all so much.

Jimmy and Mac saved the day. My mother and I broke down 12 miles away from Firestone they had us back on the road as soon as we got to the shop with an Uber. They are amazing and I thank god for them fellas they made the rest of the day go smoothly. Again thank you

We stopped by this Firestone during our road trip when we noticed our tire pressure was higher than it should be. Thomas was genuinely kind. He took the time to helped us adjust the tire pressure without making it feel like a hassle at all. It was such a small thing, but it made a big difference for us while traveling. Really appreciate the help

I needed a quick oil change via appointment and they did that. They were friendly and had the expertise to service my rental car. They have Wi-Fi so I could work while waiting. Go Firestone!

This is the place to go on Sundays when you need car work. We kept losing air in one of our tires. I called, went there, and was out in less than an hour. I do think they need to upgrade their soda machine. It doesn't take debit cards. Almost forgot to mention that customer service here is great.
